Winds and Weather
From May to September the wind blows from NW [Force 2-5). it usually starts at noon and dies off during sunset. From October to April the winds are usually from SW.

CRUISE 2 - ATHENS
Winds and Weather
The Saronic Gulf and the Eastern Peloponese is a very protected cruising area with light winds [Force 2-3) usually from N to NW. In the Cyclades the main wind is the Meltemi which often blows at Force 5-6 during July and August. It is advisable to cover longer distances at the beginning of your charter.

Winds and Weather
From May to October the main wind in this area blows from NW direction at Farce 4-6. In spring and autumn the wind is less strong from SE. The weather in the Dodecanese is warm all year.
