MODE 701 - Vidygo - project 76

In summer 1995, the first three 7 m were launched in Lausanne and they immediately started taking prizes in local regattas!

A fourth one was ordered at the beginning of this year and was ready for this summer's races.

MODE 760 - project 83

Having seen these results, a Swedish client ordered a new 7.60 m project (for sailing on Lake Geneva and in the Baltic!) with interesting features such as:

  • swing keel of 550 kg
  • 2 rudders with a minimum draft of 80 cm for ease of moving by trailer
  • electric propulsion
  • a Panda generator for battery recharge
  • a pre-preg carbon rotating mast

Construction in wood-epoxy with Nomex inside fittings is now well under way in J.F.Burkhalter shipyard in Yverdon on Lake Neuchâtel.
