AOL USERS Because of your AOL service, you may be experiencing consistent problems accessing products. If you continue to use AOL, please use either Internet Explorer 5.0 or Netscape 4.7, and follow the directions below to enable consoles and cookies.
MAC USERS will experience a number of problems in the Administration area of the system, due to the MAC lack of support of some modern features of the new browsers required to use our system. We are working to reduce these problems but there is a limit in what we can achieve in this area.
Please ensure that cookies and Java are enabled in your browser and disable enabled any anti-popup software, then try accessing the page again.
For Internet Explorer users, you can check this by going into Tools, then Internet Options, then clicking on the Privacy tab. Make sure the slider is set on either Medium or Accept All Cookies. Then move to the Advanced tab, scroll down until you find the header Microsoft VM, and make sure that both Java console and Java logging are enabled. Clear your cache, restart your browser and try connecting again.

For Netscape users, go to Edit, choose Preferences, go to Advanced, and make sure that Enable Java, Enable Javascript, and Accept All Cookies are checked.
For Flash presentations you will need to have installed the Free Flash payer (normally available in most computers) or upgrade your current version of a more recent one (Flash 6 for most modern flash movies).
For videos playback they came in diferent formats, each of them requiring the corresponding plugin normally available alredy in most computers, if you are having problems you should upgrade your current video pluggin to a more recent version
